My Story
From Lost Athlete to Building a Framework for Life
After ending my sports career at 18, I felt lost, confused, and without direction. That lack of purpose led me down a path of weekend benders, late-night fast food, and unhealthy routines that left me in the worst mental and physical shape of my life. Going from an athlete to someone who struggled to walk up four flights of stairs was a tough pill to swallow.
That’s when I turned to the gym. At first, it was just about looking better with my shirt off and building bigger arms. But over time, it became the best investment I’ve ever made — giving me structure, confidence, and purpose again.

Through fitness, I learned frameworks that apply everywhere:
Failure is Feedback
in training, we don’t avoid failure, we chase it. Every missed rep is proof of effort, and every setback is data to come back stronger.
Consistency Beats Intensit
small, steady actions matter more than bursts of motivation.
The Identity ShifT
you stop “going to the gym” and start becoming someone who is fit. That identity carries into business, relationships, and life.
How fitness empowers
every area of your life
I realized fitness is the perfect entry point for building these skills. When you learn them in the gym, you feel empowered to take on any desire you have in life.
