MY STORY – FROM LOST ATHLETE TO COACHING OTHERS TO WIN
At 18, my sports career ended — and I lost my sense of direction. I went from competing as an athlete to struggling just to walk up four flights of stairs. Fitness became my turning point. At first, I chased aesthetics. Over time, I discovered that training was more than building muscle — it was the best investment in confidence, purpose, and discipline.
Through years of work, I built a framework that now guides my clients:

Don't fear failure - Chase it – In training, progress only happens when you push a set close to failure. Life works very similar - Growth lives at the edge of discomfort.
